This large and majestic representation of Christ in glory, seated on a golden throne, is a devotional work typical of 20th-century Spanish workshops.
The Lord appears in the posture of a teacher and merciful king, pointing with one hand to the flaming Sacred Heart, while the other hand makes a gesture of blessing.

The face, of great gentleness, features blown-glass eyes , a precious detail that lends the statue a profound and striking presence. The delicately painted mouth, the finely shaded beard, and the flowing hair attest to meticulous craftsmanship.

The red tunic and gold cope are adorned with hand-painted floral and geometric motifs, reminiscent of embroidered liturgical textiles. The gold highlights and red shadows create a rich visual effect and recall the Baroque models that inspired this type of statuary.

The throne, decorated with stylized panels and motifs, is also richly gilded.
The statue rests on a solid wood base , original to the original, which gives it stability and nobility.
